1. Undergraduate Programs
CU is now accepting international applicants (non-holders of a Thai passport or Thai students who are holders of duo passports) for undergraduate admission to international programs for the academic year 2017-2018. Currently, 13 undergraduate programs are offered in English. For more information about any of these programs, please visit their website.
Applicants may choose four programs. If they are accepted to more than one program, they are required to confirm their choice after the acceptance to the program(s) is announced.
The following is the schedule for Admission to International Undergraduate Programs.
1. Application Form
The online application form and information of each programme are available on the website https://www.cas.chula.ac.th/admission/
2. Duration of Application
From February 1 to March 31, 2018.
3. Oral Interview and/or Written Examination (If any)
4. Announcement of Student Acceptance to the Programme(s)
The first batch of the selected applicants will be officially announced on May 11, 2018 through https://www.cas.chula.ac.th/admission/
5. Student’s Confirmation of Their Choice
The first batch of the accepted applicants must confirm their choice from May 14 to May 18, 2018. A certificate of admission will be issued and sent to the applicants via email from May 19, 2017 onward. They are required to present this certificate to the programme of their choice when they register.
6. Application Fee
Applicants are required to include an application fee, THB 1,000 (plus 3% credit card processing fee), for each programme they apply. They are able to make credit card payment by logging into their application account. Applicants should be noted that there is no refund for the cancellation of any programme they have applied.

2. Graduate Programs
Prospective graduate candidates should apply directly to the international program(s) they are interested in. Application deadlines vary from one program to another. Websites and email contacts are provided with a description of each program. 1. Visiting students
You are responsible for tuition and other fees and required to contact directly to the programs of your interest; you may get more details about the fees and others related application documents through the following links:

2. Exchange students
If you are studying at one of our partner universities, you may enroll to study for one semester or one academic year at Chulalongkorn University as an exchange student. Please note that exchange students can obtain an academic transcript but they may not get a degree from CU. You are required to contact your home university first; then, if you meet the requirements, they may nominate you as an exchange student to the Office of International Affairs and Global Network at Chulalongkorn University. After we have received your nomination and application documents, we will forward them to the Faculty concerned for consideration. The official result will be informed to your home university (IRO). Exchange students will be exempt from tuition and other fees.
Exchange Student Requirements
GPA requirement: preferable 2.75: a copy of the academic transcript is required to be submitted along with the application form.

Overall band: 6.0 (The score should not more than 2 years old).
Fluency in listening and speaking Thai for regular program which are taught in Thai. Fluency in listening and speaking English for international programs which are taught in English. Please submit the proficient test score, if any.
- A completed application form
- A nomination letter from the home institution
- 2 letters of references in sealed and signed envelopes
- An official transcript of the academic records (to be issued by the institution being currently attended)
- An English proficiency score record (for non-native speakers of English)*
- A copy of the passport
- Study plan / description of academic interests (on a separate sheet of A4-sized paper)
- Eight 1-inch,colored photos (with blue background) taken no more than six months previously in smart attire or a civil service uniform, signed on the reverse side. One photo should be attached to the application form.
* This is required for exchange students who wish to study in an International Program.
